This is the latest in the two decade history of The Tube Amp Book, the Deluxe Revised Edition. Departing from the previous format, this is a large format hard cover sprial bound book with two major sections, split in the center. This version is highly expanded over previous editions. There are almost 100 pages on the amp companies alone, technical articles, mods inluding "blackfacing" Fender amps with detailed instructions, mods for Marshall, Hiwatt, Vox, Ampex, tube conversion instructions, and much much more. There are almost 200 hundred pages of schematics in the second section of the book, and also included, is a CD ROM with more than 800 additional schematics from the Groove Tubes library. The schematics are organized in an easy to use manner, and they can be zoomed in on and enlarged. This is just the ticket for the amp tech wanting to have a piece of paper to draw all over and make notes without ruining the original print.
